Welcome to TIARA Image Consulting.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your engagement with the personal image, persona, presence and influence consulting services offered by TIARA Image Consulting (“TIARA”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using our website or booking a paid service, you agree to the terms applicable to that service. Please read these terms carefully before making a payment.

1. ABOUT TIARA IMAGE CONSULTING

TIARA Image Consulting provides personalized, one-to-one image and presence consulting experiences designed primarily for working women.

Our services focus on four pillars:

• Image: Personal style, appearance and visual presentation.

• Persona: Self-expression, personality and personal identity.

• Presence: Confidence, communication and how you present yourself.

• Influence: Personal impact, interpersonal communication and authentic expression.

Services are available in Bengaluru and online, subject to availability and suitability.

2. OUR CONSULTING EXPERIENCES

TIARA currently offers the following experiences:

TIARA Spark

A private 90-minute consultation focused on one selected pillar, with a personalized blueprint and a 7-day action plan.

TIARA Elevate

A three-week experience comprising three private 75-minute sessions focused on two selected pillars, with a personalized blueprint and a 14-day action plan.

TIARA Signature

A six-week experience comprising six private sessions, with a personalized blueprint and a 30-day action plan.

The specific scope, session format, scheduling and applicable fees will be communicated before booking confirmation.

Any changes to the published experience structure will be communicated to the client before payment.

3. DISCOVERY CALLS

TIARA may offer a complimentary discovery call to understand a prospective client's goals and discuss suitable experiences.

Discovery calls:

• Are subject to availability.

• Do not constitute a paid consulting session.

• Do not guarantee acceptance into a particular experience.

• May be rescheduled based on mutual availability.

4. BOOKINGS AND CONFIRMATIONS

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a consultation does not automatically confirm a booking.

A paid booking is confirmed once TIARA has communicated the agreed experience, fees, schedule and payment requirements and has acknowledged receipt of the required payment.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information.

Consultations will take place through the agreed online or in-person format.

5. FEES, GST AND PAYMENT

Fees will be communicated to clients before payment.

TIARA may accept payments through UPI or another payment method communicated directly by TIARA.

Where GST is applicable, the relevant tax amount and total payable will be disclosed in accordance with applicable law.

Clients should make payments only using payment instructions provided through TIARA's official communication channels.

A payment confirmation or invoice will be issued as applicable.

TIARA does not request UPI PINs, OTPs or banking passwords.

6. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING AND REFUNDS

All cancellations, rescheduling requests, missed appointments and refunds are governed by TIARA's separate Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy, available through the website footer.

Clients are encouraged to review that policy before making payment.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

7. CLIENT PARTICIPATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

TIARA's services are collaborative and personalized.

Clients are encouraged to:

• Attend scheduled consultations punctually.

• Provide accurate information relevant to their goals.

• Participate actively in discussions and agreed exercises.

• Complete recommended activities where practical.

• Communicate scheduling concerns promptly.

• Treat the consultant respectfully.

TIARA reserves the right to address inappropriate or abusive conduct, subject to applicable law and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. PERSONALIZED RESULTS AND PROFESSIONAL LIMITATIONS

TIARA provides guidance, recommendations and educational consulting based on individual goals, preferences and circumstances.

Results vary depending on personal participation, implementation and other factors outside TIARA's control.

TIARA does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increases, business outcomes, relationships or any particular personal transformation.

Our consulting services are not substitutes for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

TIARA respects the privacy and personal information shared by clients during consultations.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website.

Clients are also requested to respect the privacy of any confidential business materials or information shared by TIARA.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

TIARA's website content, branding, methodology, worksheets, consultation frameworks, personalized blueprints and other original materials are owned by TIARA or used with appropriate permission.

Materials supplied to a client are intended for that client's personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly publish or commercially exploit TIARA's proprietary materials without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

11. PHOTOGRAPHS, TESTIMONIALS AND PUBLICITY

TIARA will not use identifiable client photographs, testimonials or personal transformation stories in promotional materials without appropriate permission.

Clients may decline promotional use of their personal information without affecting their access to purchased consulting services.

Any permission granted may be subject to applicable withdrawal rights and prior lawful use.

12. WEBSITE INFORMATION AND EXTERNAL LINKS

We aim to keep information on our website accurate and current.

However, service descriptions, availability and website content may be updated from time to time.

Our website may contain links to third-party services or platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TIARA is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from a client's decisions or actions based on consulting recommendations.

Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

14. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you have a concern about our services, please contact TIARA so that we can review and attempt to resolve the matter fairly.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer remedies, disputes may be addressed before the competent courts or forums having jurisdiction.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our services or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.

Changes will not retrospectively alter agreed terms for an existing paid booking without an appropriate legal basis or the client's agreement.
