At TIARA Image Consulting, every experience is thoughtfully designed to provide personalized attention, care, and meaningful transformation. As our consultations are exclusively one-to-one, we reserve dedicated time for each client.

We understand that plans can change.

Requests made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled without charge, subject to availability.

Requests made between 24 and 48 hours before a session are eligible for one complimentary rescheduling.

Requests made less than 24 hours before a session will be reviewed individually. Where the reserved appointment cannot reasonably be reassigned, the session may be forfeited.

CANCELLATION BEFORE YOUR EXPERIENCE BEGINS

If you wish to cancel your booking before your first paid session, please notify TIARA in writing.

Cancellation requests received at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session are eligible for a refund, subject only to reasonable, previously disclosed costs for work already performed or non-recoverable expenses, where applicable.

Requests received less than 48 hours before the session will be reviewed fairly, considering any preparation already completed and applicable consumer rights.

CANCELLATION AFTER YOUR EXPERIENCE BEGINS

For TIARA Elevate and TIARA Signature, clients may request cancellation after their experience has begun.

Any eligible refund will be calculated based on the sessions already delivered, agreed personalized preparation work completed, and the value of services not yet provided.

TIARA will communicate the refund calculation transparently before processing it.

All requests will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

We kindly request that clients attend their confirmed sessions on time.

If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the appointment may be considered used, taking into account the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

If you anticipate being late or unable to attend, please inform TIARA as early as possible through our official email or WhatsApp channel.

In the unlikely event that TIARA Image Consulting needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session, we will notify the client as early as reasonably possible.

The client will be offered an alternative appointment at no additional charge.

If a mutually convenient alternative cannot be arranged, the client may request a refund for the affected session or any undelivered services.

We are committed to respecting our clients' time and providing a thoughtful, professional experience.

TIARA Image Consulting offers a complimentary 15-minute discovery call to help prospective clients explore their personal image, presence and transformation goals.

Discovery calls are offered at no charge and carry no cancellation or rescheduling fees.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled discovery call, we kindly request that you cancel or reschedule through your booking confirmation link as early as possible.

Discovery calls are subject to availability.
